Message "download_php couldn't be download" - Fixed

I have Windows 7 and am unable to down load AudioLabel 6. The message I receive is "download_php couldn't be downloaded" I have even tried with the firewall disabled. Suggestions???

This problem might be due to your web browser, or other software used to download.

We have tested the AudioLabel download on Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and FireFox.

1. Which web browser are you using?
2. Do you use any other software for downloading?

I just tested your download link here on Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 7), and everything is downloading correctly.

1. What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
2. Are you using any web browser plugins that could affect the download?

If you go to "Microsoft Internet Explorer->Internet Options->Programs->Manage add-ons" you can see everything that might affect the download.

If you find an add-on that is a problem, please let us know so we can fix it (or pass the information on to others).

Turned off the pop-up blocker and all is right with the world.

I'm glad to hear you got it working.

I tested the AudioLabel download with the pop-up blocker turned on (using the High block setting) and was able to download correctly.

Are you using a 3rd party pop-up blocker from another company?

Not that I know of. Just happy to have the program downloaded.
