Won't Download "download_php couldn't be download" - Fixed

I am using vista get the message "download_php couldn't be download. Have tried internet explorer and also chrome. Have tried with the anti virus/firewall turned off. Please help.

Our customers have been successfully downloading AudioLabel using all the major web browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, FireFox), and anti-virus software does not usually cause a problem.

Do you have any download manager/accelerator software installed on your computer that might change how the download is handled?

Thank you. I have finally downloaded the program. I went in manage add ons and disabled everything that I could. Don;t know what one or more was the problem, but success at last. Another happy customer. Thank you.l
