Audio Label won't retrieve track number, group, track times

Tech Support. I like to think my question will be answered accordingly. I have used Audio Label for years and never had the problem of it not retrieving the track number, the group and title of song, and track times. I tried to fix this myself by removing Audio Label from the computer and then reinstalling in Safe Mode. That did not help, for I have the same problem. Is there a fix? I hope so. Thank you for checking on this.
