AudioLabel only starts when clicking an existing file

When I click on audio label and try to open the audio label it does not open up and everything freezes. If I click on an exsisting file it opens.
I have download the program 3x.

I'll be glad to help.

Starting with a clean install of AudioLabel might be the best option.

Please uninstall AudioLabel first, and then re-install.

If that does not fix the problem, please let me know what operating system you are using.
