Color

I have not been able to print in color using my Audiolabel program. When I try and print a cover I check the preview and it seems to be in color but when I print it comes out black and white. I checked the printer and there is no problem with the printer. Cartridges are full and other programs print in color. Can someone give me an idea on how to solve this issue. Thanks!
