Problem Loading Print Drivers

My trial period jut ended, and everything worked great so i decided to purchase this software, now on my first attempt to print it is giving me a message saying "there was a problem loading print drivers, please make sure you can print from other programs" i never had this issue in the trial period. my printer is brand new "kodak hero 9.1" please help me trouble shoot this.

Please try this:
1. Uninstall AudioLabel (very important).
2. Re-boot your computer.
3. Download and install a new copy of AudioLabel from your registered download link.

This will reset the print driver settings.
