Moving a Text Box on the Label

When creating cd jewel case inserts (labels), is there any easy way to move the text box around the label? I can move it by pulling the sides of the text box to locations on the label, but is not so convenient. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can move a Text Box by placing the cursor on the edge of the box and then holding down the left mouse button.
