No Physical Printers

When I try to print - the only printer options I have are pdf printers. None of the 30 physical printers I have mapped are available. Why?

AudioLabel should be able to find any printer that is listed in the "Start -> Devices and Printers" section of Windows.

1. Which Windows operating system are you using (Windows Vista 7, 8,10)?
2. Do these printers show up in Start -> Devices and Printers ?
3. Are these network printers?

I talked to the developers and they said network printers are only scanned if there are no local printers. Although, network printers are usually mapped as local printers and still show up in Start -> Devices and Printers.
