Hi Ian,
Yep, all versions of AudioLabel have backgrounds that come with the program. It sounds like you might need to map to the correct folder hosting the images.
If you are using Windows 7 (64-bit) the background images will be stored here:
C:/Program Files (x86)/AudioLabel/Backgrounds.
If you are using Windows 7 (32-bit) then the background images will be stored here:
C:/Program Files/AudioLabel/Backgrounds
Once you open AudioLabel, on the right side you should see an Image Folder button. Click 'Image Folder' and map to the backgrounds as discussed above.
