DVD Case Label is Clipped When Printing

Hi

I am assessing the trial version. I really like it, but can't print which obviously is a deal breaker.

I am using Windows 7 64 bit.
Printer: Xerox Colorqube 9203

When I print, the page comes out blank except for a tiny strip at the bottom which seems to be part of the image.

There is no error message.

All other software prints perfectly on the printer.

When I try to print a calibration page from Audiolabel, it also doesn't print properly, showing about a single line of text only.

I have tried uninstalling, restarting the pc, reinstalling, and trying again with the same result.

Any help appeciated.

Solved! Found a setting in the printer settings to specify that the original document was Landscape and it worked. Now to try the CD labels.
