Please reboot your computer and try printing something from another program.
If you can currently print from another program, then open AudioLabel and try printing a label. Make sure the correct printer has been selected in the Print dialog of AudioLabel.
Usually when there is a problem printing there will be an error message of some kind. If there is an error message, please let us know the exact wording of the error message. If there is no error message, please check to see if there is a print job in the printer queue.
If you still have problems:
1. What Windows operating system are you using?
2. How is your printer connected to your computer? (USB, Ethernet, Wi-fi)
3. What labels are you trying to print? (CD/DVD/Blu-ray - Front, Back, or Disc Label)
