Epson Expression XP820/830

I have both of the printers listed above (Epson Expression XP820 or XP830. I did NOT see either one listed as being supported for these two printers... Is there a reason for NOT having either one that DOES print directly on the CD/DVD or prints prints full bookcase and slimline label inserts..... Don Simmons aka trvljet

Hi Don,

To print directly on the CD/DVD using the Epson Expression XP820 or XP830, please select the "Epson Expression XP-810 Printer" template in the "Change Label Template" dialog of AudioLabel. The Epson XP-810 template has the exact same dimensions as the XP-820 and XP-830. We will be updating our template list soon include these printers

AudioLabel has many "Case Label" templates, and custom templates can be created for items not listed. You should be able to create a "full bookcase" or "slimline" template based on the measurements of your label paper.
