Track list formatting

I have two requests for the track list feature (which I use a lot):

1. Provide a toggle switch that can switch between artist / title (which is the way it is now) and title / artist. I know can manually edit the track list once the CD is read, but it is kind of a pain and this doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to implement.

2. Allow changing the line justification of the track artist and title when it's placed on the label. It is currenly always centered. I would like to have the option to make it left justified.
