Cannot print on Lightscribe cd/dvd

Hello
When I try to use AudioLabel to print a Lightscribe cd I get an error message that says "No Lightscribe drives found please attach a Lightscribe cd/dvd drive to your computer. If you have an external drive make sure it is connected and turned on."
Even though I have a Lightscribe drive attached and turned on. It does everything bur print on the Lightscribe side of the cd/dvd. Please help!!!
