I cannot preview design and cannot print

I purchased the full version and cannot preview the design and cannot print, what happen?

The trial states that you can get unlimited printing for 15 days. I couldn't even print one copy. How can I invest my money in a software that won't allow a trial period to test everything works to my satisfaction.
