Problem with AudioLabel disc in downloading program

I am trying to re-install the AudioLabel program into my computer using my back up disc but when I insert the disc, nothing happens. Nothing shows up on my desktop for me to use to activate the download program into my computer.
What am I doing wrong or forgetting to do to re-install my AudioLabel?

Hi Wes,

The Backup CD does have an auto-start feature, but this feature may be turned off on your computer.

After inserting the Backup CD, please open Windows File Explorer, navigate to the CD- Rom drive, and then double click the file "AudioLabel_Install.exe" to start the installation.

The registration number is in a file on the CD called "InfoKey.txt".
