Template for SHARP MX-2600N PCL6 not linking

I bought this program on Sep 13, 2015. Since I upgraded to AudioLabel Version 6.00 - Download Link:
xxxxx in November/December 2019 I cannot print out Front, Back or Disc labels. I seem to get only a top line of the back label, about the same size as a side bar. It has also resized to a smaller template (Letter 8.5" x 11"). When I press print it does find the printer (SHARP MX-2600N PCL6) and the right template (CD Jewel Case - Plain Paper). Do I need to go back to the previous version, which I was very happy with?

Did you ever resolve your issue with the Sharp printer. We are having the exact same issue.
