Audio label not reading my CDs

All of a sudden audio label is not reading my CDs. I keep getting the following error message: An unexpected error occurred while connected to the freed server. Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet and there is no firewall software blocking audio label. I am connected to the internet and I removed the firewall from my antivirus program but it didn't help

I am new ti Audio label and I get a message saying The Alum inffo could not he found... Does show time of each song. Please help. This is the trail version and my computer has Windows 10...I have emailed support 3 times and no reply.
