Hi,

AudioLabel version 5.0 includes the Canon Pixma iP7250 template for printing directly on the disc (same as the Canon Pixma MG7250 template).

Even though you are using AudioLabel version 4.4, you can still create a custom template for the Canon Pixma ip7250.

Please go to the "Change Label Template" dialog and then click the "Create New" button. From there, enter "Canon Pixma iP7250" for the Name, select "Milimeters" for your Units, and also select "CD/DVD Printer" for your Paper Size. Then enter the following dimensions for the disc:

Left: 6.1 mm
Top: 60.9 mm
Outer Diameter: 118.0 mm
Inner Diameter: 41.0 mm

You should adjust the "Inner Diameter" to the actual hole size of your ink jet printable disc. Next "Save" your template and make sure it is selected in the "Change Label Template" dialog.

From this point, printing should be straight forward; although, it's important that the "Media Type" and "CD Printer Tray" are set correctly in the AudioLabel printer properties.

It's recommended that you always test print on a scrap disc before using the real deal. To get good alignment, print out a blank white disc design (with no pictures, text, or color), and make sure the "Print Borders" option is turned on when printing. This will print a black line exactly where the edges of the disc are.

Since the surface area of an ink jet printable disc varies by brand/model, it might be necessary to make adjustments to template dimensions.
