Error Code 1105 - AudioLabel Version 4.0

First I was unable to print, now I'm getting an error code 1105 with a display saying "Error saving the default file" which constantly loops. I was able to print from other programs like Word. If I were to uninstall and reinstall, would my projects still be saved, if this is what is required?

Hi,

Uninstalling AudioLabel will not delete any of your saved label design files. All of your saved label files have the ".aud" file extension at the end of the file name, and are not touched when uninstalling.

However, uninstalling AudioLabel will remove any printer settings, custom dimensions in "Edit Dimensions", and any changes to the default templates that load when AudioLabel starts.

I did a search for your error code, but could not find it in AudioLabel Version 5.0. (maybe you are using a different version).

1. What version of AudioLabel are you using?
2. What operating system are you using?

It was Audio Label 4 which we purchased in 2008.

Hi,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? If so, did that fix the problem?

Also, please note that AudioLabel 4.00 is not fully compatible with Windows 7 or 8 (only AudioLabel version 5.0 is compatible).

There is an "Upgrade" option when you visit the registered download webpage (using the download link that was emailed to you).

I uninstalled and re-installed and everything works. One other question. Am I able to put this program on my laptop as well, or would I have to purchase and download another audiolabel program?

Hi,

You can install AudioLabel on more than one computer provided you are the only user. The AudioLabel license is per user, not per computer. The only time you need a separate license is when you have another person using the software. Hope that helps..
