Compatibility issues with AudioLabel 4.0 on Windows 7

I have version 4.0 My toolbar functions have stopped working. When I try and import a saved image the toolbar function 'box' goes blank and nothing happens. It's as if all the functions have been removed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times but the problem persists.
I have installed 5.0 on trial and it works perfectly. However, when I go back to 4.0 I face the same problems.

AudioLabel 4.0 came out in February, 2007. Some of the older versions of AudioLabel are not compatible with newer operating systems.
What operating system are you currently using? Did you recently change operating systems?

AudioLabel version 4.40 and 6.00 are both compatible with Windows 7, but AudioLabel version 4.00 is not. Windows 7 was released in 2009 (2 years after AudioLabel 4.00).

Existing customers can upgrade to AudioLabel version 6.00 for $12.95 US, which includes another full year of free upgrades.
