Opening AudioLabel Version 3.2 Files on Windows 8

I had been working on a project before purchasing 6.0.
I paid for the program and downloaded it.
when I opened it, it showed only two of the saved files I had saved.
And then even the two that show won't open says "error opening file"
I would not have paid for this if I knew I would lose my files and not be able to open the ones I do have.
hope you can help with this issue.

I'll be glad to help. Just to clarify, saved project files are not deleted when installing or uninstalling AudioLabel. You can search your computer for files ending in ".aud" to find all the AudioLabel project files. Also, project files created with the trial version can be opened by the full version (or vice versa).

Could you please email us the AudioLabel project files that have the problem (files ending in ".aud"). We can test them here and find out what the problem is.

I have finally gotten the files to show in the 6.0.
However, I am unable to open them.
Keep getting " error opening file" and they will not open.
The "trial version" I had was 3.2.
They will open there, but, I can't print there (must purchase)(printing disabled)
Any ideas??

I downloaded the 3 project files and was able to open them correctly (without errors) using AudioLabel version 6.00 build 2 on Windows 7.

I would highly suggest a clean install of AudioLabel:

1. Uninstall AudioLabel (very important)
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Download and install the full version of AudioLabel 6.0 using the download link emailed to you after purchase.

After a clean install, please try opening these project files again.

If you still have problems, which Windows operating system are you using?
