Placing CD Spine Text Vertically

I am not able to place my CD spine text vertically. I have used other label makers and simply left clicking on the spine to highlight the editing process and right clicking to indicate text and then start typing. When completed hitting enter places the text vertically to view placement. With Audiolabel I cannot keep the spine area highlighted when left clicking to engage the text editing. What am I doing wrong?

All of the text on the label is placed in a textbox. You can add a textbox to the label by clicking the "Insert" button on the top toolbar, and then selecting the type of text to add (Artist, Title, Track List, Text, etc.) Once the textbox is on the label you can move it into position on the spine, and type inside the box.
