Error 557

HI,

I downloaded the trial version, tried it and was please with the result.
I immediately purchased the full version and installed it.

Now when I open the software, I receive an 'Error 557' msg and then the trial version is opened.

My readings on the forums indicate the full version is loaded over the trial version and there is no place to install the registration code.

What is needed to enter into the full version without receiving the error message.

Hi Daryl,

Please try this:

1. Uninstall AudioLabel from your computer (very important).
2. Reboot.
3. Download and install a new copy of AudioLabel using the download link that was emailed to you after purchase.
