Templates no longer aligned. HP Envy 5535 - Avery J8676

It is probable me!??but for some reason my preset templates are no longer working.

I am using a HP Printer... Envy 5535..Avery J8676 CD Labels...CD Jewel Case plain paper.. I have used these settings for

months but suddenly the labels are no longer aligned and the jewel case prints are printing smaller than before..

I am using version 6-00 of AudioLabel...

I hope I have explained in such a way that you can see just what my problem is???

It sounds like your print driver settings might have changed. You mentioned that your labels are printing smaller, which could mean there is some scaling option turned on in the print driver.

Please try this:

1. Start AudioLabel, click the "Print" button, the "Printer Properties" button, and then "Print Driver Properties" button. This will open the HP Envy 5535 print driver.

2. Next, make sure that every print driver setting is correct (like paper size, media type, and scaling). Sometimes there is an option to reset back to default factory settings.
