not printing both labels

I set up my label to print it prints actually pretty good but it only prints one label. I have to turn the label sheet around and print it again. On the software form it shows both in the print preview but still only prints one label at a time. Is this a common problem? is there an update?

I have the version 6 build 6
I understand that this is a trial version, but I seem very hesitant to purchase it if I can't get it to work properly.
Also where is the cost of the software? can't seem to find that either.

Hi John,

If you have selected both disc labels to print at the same time, and your print preview shows both disc labels, then there might be a problem with your print driver settings.

Just before printing both disc labels, click the "Printer Properties" button and then the "Print Driver Properties" button. Please make sure that the "Paper Size" and "Media Type" are set correctly (and all other settings).

1. What model printer are you using?
2. What "Label Template" have you selected in the "Print" dialog?
3. Which Windows operating system are you using? (Windows 7, 8, 10)?
