Printing problem with Hewlett Packard F4850

Hi, I've just downloaded your program and done my first label reading the tag info from CD. Great.
The print preview is OK but the CD case back (that's all I want to print) comes out as a filled black box.
Any Ideas?

Hello.
Windows 7. Printer is HP F4850. Prints other things OK. Printer driver is OK etc.
All I need to do is print the back case cover in black ink on plain white background.

OK. Just messed around with print settings and got a rough draft out OK.
